I got EAD approved in month of Aug and it got a type. So i sent it back will all the necessary copies through Fedex. I checked through Fedex tracking number and it was received by USCIS people.After that they haven't took any action so i called and requested to open a service request. They did that also.
Finally last week they are telling they haven't received any EAD and even my file which i sent Fedex. So I sent another set of documents ( with copy of EAD as I don't have original) with addressing the same issue saying that I already sent everything, and now i don't have the original EAD as i sent that already.
Now they are telling me to apply for Duplicate EAD as i lost my original EAD.
So My questions here are:
1. Am I supposed to send the fee and Photos again?
2. What are all the other documents which i need to produce.?
Can some one please let me know the infomation. I would by a great help to me. Thanks in advance.
