H1 stamping while having renewed EAD/AP...Need Help

I'm planning to go to India in the month of December and I have my renewed and approved EAD/AP documents in hand.

I'm NOT using EAD and is working on H1.

Can I use Advanced parole to enter into USA? without using EAD?

If so what wld they generally look at Port Of Entry?

If you use AP, you are a parolee and need to update I-9 with EAD use.

It is more complex than this but for now, this should do. I will post another link with details.
