If I use EAD and in case of GC deniel in future, can I come back to H1 Visa? If yes, do I need to start from scratch with lottary process of I can extend for rest of the 6 years period?

If you have any period of H1b left from the 6 years, you can use it. If not, you would have to remain outside US for 1 year and start with a fresh lottery process.

So work on EAD would be excluded from the rest of the period? say -
H1 - 2005 - 2011 - 6 years
Work on EAD - 2008-2010 - 2 years
Can I wok on H1 again - 2010 - 2013 - 3 years?

Total for a H1b is 6 years. It is possible to use EAD and re-use H1b period left if GC gets denied. Confirm and talk to an attorney.
