    Hello,

    I have received I797-Notice of Action for my EAD Card Processing. I want to know whether am I able to renew my Driving License based on I 797 since my EAD might take months to come?

    Please reply...

    Why/How is the DL linked to your EAD?

      I am on student visa and I went to NJ DMV 3 times 3 different location...

      All the time they are asking me for my EAD Card, even though I met 6 point ID requirement..still I have to come back without the renewal...

      So I was concern that is there any other way to renew my license w/o EAD???
