Hi,
I got EAD last year Sept, 2007 and got extension card for next 2 years on Oct 23rd, 2008. I am planning to change employer. I used Approved labour and got I140 also. I don't have any of those documents (actaul labour petetion, I140 documents) and I485 receipt of notice with me. All documents are with my employer. I am planning to inform employer change by sending AC21. I want to know if there are any risks/problems of changing employer. My labour date is Apr 2004 and 485 is pending at Texas. Please advise.
