Dear Sir/Madam,
I`m graduated student which has grade point average(GPA)=3.42 (4.00
scale). I got my Bachelor of Science degree (physics) from one university here in banda aceh, indonesia. But I`m disabled person (cleft lip and palate).
I've gotten email from The Department of Rehabilitation (DOR):
Tankiamco, Vienalyn <[email protected]>
Disability Access Section <[email protected]>
They advise me to review the criteria to receive vocational rehabilitation services with the Department of Rehabilitation -

I`ve seen these links. I do not need to be a US citizen, however, i do
need to have a valid work permit. I`ve gotten answer from my previous CEO (President of International Humanity Foundation, Mrs. Carol M. Sasaki)) that she would be my sponsor. She asked me any document that should she sign for me. I wanna know what are the documents that i need so i`ll get work permit (visa) in USA?
If i`ve work permit (visa) i can apply one opportunity in one of university in USA and i can check my condition too.
