L2 EAD extension

Hi,
My Details are

L1 Visa holder

I 94 : Valid till 2010
Visa: 24 Dec 2008

L2 Holder:
---------
I-94 :24 Dec 2008
EAD : 24 Dec 2008

I have applied for extension of my L1 visa . Request has not been submitted yet.
I have following questions regarding the EAD extension .

- Can i Apply for EAD extension based on my(L1) I-94 .
- Can i apply for premium processing of EAD extension .
- Do i need to wait until i get L1/L2 extension

Please suggest.
