Advance parole issue

I need to reapply for an advance parole to travel as mine was only valid for one year and I need to travel inapril next year. I am on a valid H4 visa however I did apply for a ead and received a socila security. what would my status be when I apply for the advance parole to travel still H4 or what do I put in the application Please help
