Traveling on advance payroll- Bringing kid on H4

Hi
I am going to visit India in December , and while will be coming back on Advance payroll..Still I am going to maitain my H1 be status.

My daughter is in India and she got valid H4 stamiping till 2010 Dec on her passport.

Even I am traveling on Advance payroll can I bring my daughter with me on her H4 stamping , ( as I am going to continue on H1b).. or is it going to be a problem in immigration .

Please someone help me ans suggest me in this.

If you use AP, none of your family can use H4 to enter. It is illegal. And your status is not H1b.

Bringing Wife on H-4 if AP Used but working on H-1B - Immigration forums for visa, green card, visitors insurance, OCI and more
