Parole extension

Hi

I'm on advance parole and its expiring on 20 Nov '08 and I have applied for advance last month for extension.

I'm planning to go to india in dec 2nd weekend.

What will be best suggestion so that i can travel to india.

Then the link should answer your question. You cannot travel before parole is approved unless you want to use H1b and return. If not, the AOS is considered abandoned.
