I-765 :please Help
Hello
Can some body help please.I just received three days ago a denial notice of my I-765.USCIS told me :there is no appeal from this decision but you may file a motion to reopen or a motion to reconsider with proper fee within 30 days from the date of this decision.
here is my situation:
1/In july 27 2007,i filed my I-765 application with concurently filling of I-140andI-485.
2/In september 19 2007,i got all receipts numbers including I-765.
3/In october 17 2007,i received request for evidence concerning my I-765application:a copy of I-94 and acopy of my passport.
4/In october 30 2007,request for evidence received.
5/In march 31 2008(it shows online),USCIS send to me a document (USCIS said:you should receive this document within 30days).Both me and my attorney did not receive it.I call customer service 6 times and i went to USCIS office in charlotte NC 4 times asking them a bout this document,but no answer.
6/In december 2 2008,i received a denial notice telling me that the reason of denial notice is failure to submit proof of I-94document with form I-765
and that USCIS issued a request for evidence on march 14 2008 and that i failed to respond.
I did not receive this document and i tried my best to get it or at list to know what is inside this document(calling USCIS CS 6 times and went 4 times to the USCIS office)but no answer
USCIS told me u can make a motion to reopen or a motion to reconsider...
Finally,can some body please tell me how to get a motion to reopen file?I want to do it by my self ,i do not count on my attorney.I have only 30 days to do it.
I will appreciate your help .Iam under pression every day,iam waiting for I-140 and I-485 more than 17 months and i could not get even the work authorization more than 17 months now.
