Hello
I just received a denial of notice for my I-765.USCIS said that the denial was because of failure to submit evidence.They told me there is no appeal from this decision,but you may file a motion to reopen or a motion to reconsider.
Actualy,i did not receive the document requesting me the evidence by mail neither online.
Can some body tell me please how to get a reopen file
1/Do i have to full up the form I-290B with the proper fee and send it with the evidence to USCIS?
2/Can i include it with a letter explaining to them that i did not receive the document for evidence?
3/How long the processing time takes approximately for an answer or a new decision from USCIS?

I am not sure. On what basis did you apply for the I765? Did you follow everything as needed as per immihelp and fill out the forms accordingly?

An MTR needs to happen within 30 days. You need to provide all additional details to USCIS and ask them to provide the letter. You could write a letter saying that you never received any RFE.

I am guessing you did not provide the initial evidence that proves that you are eligible for I765/EAD.
