    H4 entry into US

    I am currently working on EAD and awating for I-485 APPROVAL.. I DIDNOT file I-485 for my spouse.. But she's got Valid H4 with the Proper Stamping until Nov 2009.. I left quit my previous employer(on April 2008) and joined with another company and used my EAD..Now I would like to bring back my wife to US.. Can she enter US without any issues at the port of entry?

    No, she should not enter on H4 as you are no longer on H1b. It would be illegal.
