Advance Parole Doubt

I am on my H1b visa and my wife is using her EAD/AP. She already travelled on AP once and they stamped her I94 until Jan 30th 2009 (which is the validity of her AP). Our I-485 is pending with approved I-140.

1. Is it OK to stay as Parolee even after her I94 expires on Jan 30th 2009? Or do we have to get new I-94 before that? If yes, how can we do that?

2. If we travel together sometime next year, while entering back in US, can I enter on h1b and she on AP?

2. yes. There were some reported incidents about CBP forcing both to enter on AP if at the same counter.

This "yes" I assume that she can still stay as parolee even after her I-94 is expired.
