I recently faxed supporting documents to expedite my wife's AP renewal as we are travelling abroad on Dec. 27, 2008. Her current AP expires Jan. 27, 2009 and she would like to return in March, 2009 due to personal reasons.
So, we expedited her case and while reviewing her AP application, my approved H1B extension has been reopened. I am currently working using my EAD. Please suggest if this would cause any problems as we have plans to travel in about 10 days. Any help is greatly appreciated.
