Got RFE on EAD

Hi,

I am on L2 and my visa and EAD expired on 30th Nov and that time i had filed for EAD renewal.I went to India and got my visa renewed, but got RFE on EAD as my I-94 got invalid.
My husband's previous visa type was L1-B now he has come on L1-A.
After coming back i re-submitted the required docs mentioned in RFE to USCIS and now they are saying that decision would come within 60days.

My questions are:-
1. Does it really take 60days or RFE cases resolve sooner?
2. Does my husband's change of visa type will have any effect on my EAD application? Like after 60days is there a possibility that i will be asked to file a new EAD application since my husband's visa type has changed?
3. IS there any way to expedite this process?

Can i ask for Intermediate EAD untill my RFE is in process?

Also, can an employer process GC for L2?
