Need help w/ AR11 (address change) ques!!!

Hi all,
I recently started using my EAD (was on H4 earlier) & currently am on vacation (temporarily moved to different state). My question is what should I specify in current status column? Is it okay if I mention - H4/EAD?

Would appreciate any help.

H4/Parolee. EAD is NOT a status.
