I am planning for 4 weeks vacation to india from feb 11th 2009 and returning on march 12th 2009 ,I am planning to apply AP/EAD renewal in january 2009 since my ead expires in 03 june 2009 and AP expires on 22 may 2009.
Question is Can I travel for 4 weeks during AP /EAD renewal process?
