Travle on AP on H1
Could you please advice me based on the following situation:
H1 expires: Oct-2011
H1 Visa on Passport expired
Advance parole: valid till 04-2009
I140- Approved
Prioirty date: Dec-30-2006
I-485: under process
Question: Can I travel overseas on my advance parole while it is valid, without loosing the H1 status.
(My assumtion: If we use adv parole to travel, I will loose my H1 as it is equivalent to using EAD)
Otherwise: If I use Adv parol now to travel overseas, will it change or loose my H1 status and will it effect my 485 application progress.
