Hi,
I have been having EAD since 2007 Oct. I even renewed it in Aug last year and it is valid till 2010.
I had applied for 485 and I-140 concurrently in AUg 2007. My I-140 got approved in December 2008.
So, can I safely change jobs?
Also if I can, are these the document to send to INS to ensure further safety!?
1. Send new offer letter,
2. I-140 application receipt copy,
3, I-140 approval email (I do not have the actual copy of the approval, but I got an email from CRIS since I have the LIN number)
4. I-485 receipt notice.
