Hi Everyone,
I need to apply for my EAD (expiring on on 16th April'09,also date of my visa expiry) but since my I-129 (visa renewal) application is under process,can i apply for the EAD based on the receipt of the I-129 application or i have to wait for the visa to get approved first?Is there a way i can get an interim EAD based on my I-129 application?
Or can i send them the EAD application now and send the visa approval documents later when they get approved?
Any insight and help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
