urgent :confusion of I94
i had a valid H1b visa from Company A. After that i Left that company A and joined company B on EAD
After joining company B i went to India and while returning to USA at Port of entry(JFK) the officer used my old H1b(which is valid) for I-94 for entry to us.
Also he did not ask for any AP document and not even i showed him any AP(my mistake). Only Thing he asked me was which company you work for and I said Company B.
So the question is , what is my status as of now?
(i am not a parolee bcoz AP is not used)
And it seems that what ever happened in Port of Entry was not correct, is there any way to Fix it?
how will it impact my i 485 processing?..
please reply as i do not understand my status and how to fix it ......urgent ......
