Hi I really appreicate your soon reply for my AP asap.
I am a Canadian passport holder and currently living in US as I have married with a USC in Dec 08. I have mailed my application of I-130, I485, I131, I765, I864 on 17 Jan and waiting for the related receipts.
I have to return to Hong Kong in mid Feb, and I am worrying that I cannot get my approval of AP bofore my departure. As a Canadian, I can entry US without visa, however, I also understand that once I submit my application of I485, I cannot leave US until I get my approval.
For my next entry to US say in mid March, do I really need to wait for approval of AP, or I can entry to US without the approval of AP.
