Hi,
I got married to a US citizen , I filed my 485,765,130 and 131 concurrently.
I was OOS for 6 mos. I filed my case last sept 2008 and I still didnt have my interview. I have an emergency back to my home country my 131 AP was approved. Can I just used my AP to re enter the US even though I was OOS for 6 mos and have pending 485.
