EAD / AC-21 - where to file

Hi,
I am shifting employers from next week. My I-140 has been approved and I have been on I-485 for more than a year now.
I need to file AC-21. I have all the necessary paperwork. Just don't know where exactly to file.

My I-485 acknowledgment was from the Nebraska Service Center (got in Nov 2007 )

Do I need to send the AC-21 there as well? Could you please let me know the address?

You have to file where your 485 is pending.
