I-131 fee

Hello everyone,

I was going to send I 131 with my I-485 application today because I had read that I don't need to pay the fee for the I 131. But today I read that you don't have to pay if you are applying for advanced parole or refugee. I don't think my husband is any of those. I checked of the first box which reads "i am permanent resident or conditional resident of U.S and I am applying for a reentry permit" do I need to pay??

Fees

Yes you do need to pay your Reentry permit fees. Only Advance parole and EAD fees are waived when applying with I-485. Since you already got your GC. No specials here. Remember not to leave the country until you have your biometrics taken.

Do you mean after filing I-485, one should not leave the country till the time USCIS calls you for fingerprints?
