AP application pending but need to transfer H1b

Hi,

I filed I131 to get my AP but haven't received it yet. Meanwhile I'm changing my job through H1b transfer. I've a couple of questions:

Q. Is it within rules to transfer H1b when my I131 application is pending?

Q. Will my AP application (or even I485) be considered abandoned?

I131 filing date: 1/23/2009
