Hello!
Please answer my question.
I am Ukrainian citizen, now i am living in Ukraine but i am looking for a job in United States. During this search i was many times invited for an interview, but there the same obstacle happened each time: i am foreigner and have no permission to work in USA. Now i started to research about this permission and i can see that i need "Employment Authorization Document (EAD)" . PLease tell me , if i currently live not in the USA, if i get this document, can i get working visa after that, or should i find working visa first?
I have many good skills and education, and i could to be useful with what i can do for your nation, and many time employers invited me for interview in case if i had this permission to work.
