EAD Question

I am looking for help?
I am Irish and moved to the states in June, I am married to an American citizen.
I have filed I-130 in august 08.
I then contacted an immigration attorney and filed an I-485 and I-765 concurrently.
I recieved receipts Nov 4th 2008.
Completed my biometrics Dec 1st.
To date I still have not hear from or received my EAD?
I have been in touch with my attorney weekly and this week he contacted the AILA.
How long more must I wait?
What other options are open to me?
Any advise greatly appreciated, I am very frustrated and annoyed by the lack of information from the USCIS.

i have the same situation with and i dont know too wahat to do...i filed my I-765, I-130, I-485 on august of 2008, biometrics on sept, interviewed on jan but still havent got anything. tried the infopass too but they just said that no decisions yet on my I485..
maybe you should try to the infopass
