Hi : I am in L2 and applied for a EAD (I765) to get a SSN number. Applied through online on Feb'2nd and no mails nothing from them so far...Today i received a mail stating that i have to send photographs and i have to get the biometrics and the record show that i have not done biometrics.
(i didnt get any mail from them on biometrics but customer service said i had an appointment on Feb'17th..)
I called the Customer service and they asked to call the local office to get the biometrics...Local office is not picking up so i scheduled Infopass appointment directly through online for mar'23.
Pls correct me whether i am following the right procedure as i dont want to further cause delay.
