EAD CARD not mailed

Hi,
My EAD card not mailed to me, applied on oct-22-2008 and it is like about 5 months, till now it is not mailed to me, but online message it is showing that " card production ordered and should be mailed to you in 7 days" i didn't get any mail.
could any one please help me regarding this
if so i will be glad

When did the status change to CP ordered? It should change next to approval notice sent.

Hi,
In the month jan it has shown that "approval notice will be sent to you" after this changed to "Card Production has ordered and it should be mailed to you" in the month of FEB. till now i didn't get the card mailed to me.
Please tell me

Can i go to nearest USCIS office and request for interim EAD?
when do i have to run my payroll if card is not mailed to me? MY OPT has started from JAN-22-2009?
