EAD/FHA Mortgage

Hi There,

I’m wondering if a person as an L1 visa, will they have an EAD/C or I-688B? In order to apply for an FHA mortgage they need an EAD/C. What needs to be done to get an EAD? And if they already have one, where do they go to obtain a copy.

L1 visa itself is a work authorization and they don't need separate EAD.
