Hi,
My husband was on H1B, but lost his job on Jan end. Then he applied for EAD and recently got it. But our I-485 and I-140 everything is pending. His Employer already revoked his H1B. Now we both have only EAD. And my husband does not have any job. His last employer said that they are not going to revoke his I-140. But my concern is how long we can stay here with EAD-no job. And if now we go back to India, will our GC process be automatically stopped or it will be continued if his employer does not revoke it?? Plz help me with some good advices. I am so confused.
