EAD renewal - Need Urgent Help!

Hi...I have to renew my EAD and I have a complex situation..here below is my detail

my EAD Expiry date - Aug 27 2009
my I-94 Expiry date - Sep 27 2009
my L2 Visa expiry date - Mar 12 2010

spouse I-94 expiry date- April 2012
spouse L1 visa expiry date - Mar 12 2010

my spouse employer is going to apply for my I-94 extn by this week.

I am planning to e-file my EAD renewal on April 29(120 days before).

Pls clarify the below questions

1. After e-file, with in how many days, I need to send the supporting documents?
2. Can I send the I-94 extn receipt number as a supporting doc (i may get it by May 1st week) or I need to wait till I get my new I-94 (may be end of May) ?
