AP Processing Time

Hey all,

I applied for my wife's AP renewal on 5th Feb 2009. There is soft LUD on 3/6/2009. We have not received any documents yet and online status is still showing Case Pending.

Is it taking too long for AP these days? Who all have applied for AP recently please share your experiences.

Which Service center?

If there is a LUD, it can be considered almost approved or RFE. You will get it soon.

NSC taking 40-60 days.

It is in Nebraska Service Center. We haven't recieved anything in mail though!

People, who all have recently applied for Advanced Parole to NSC, can you all please share your experiences as well?

Around 10 days after I saw a LUD, the status changed to approved and got it in the mail 2 days later.

I got mine! But wife's still pending !!

I applied my AP last week on 4/9/2009 and received document in mail today. I got my AP just in a week!

As mentioned in my original post, I applied my wife's on 2/5/2009 and still have not received it. They were at NSC. Online status shows pending with a soft LUD on 3/6/2009.

Do you think I should take InfoPass? Or are there any alternatives for this?

Just wanted to update my original post. We did recieve my wife's AP yesterday 5/14/2009. No idea why it got delayed though. It has approval date of March 6th on it!

Anyways, thanks for the help.
