Hi,
I received 2nd RFE notice indicating few evidences:
It states that:
1. Your husband needs to submit a current photo identity document such as a passport showing your picture, name, and date of birth; a driver's license, or other type of photo ID, issued by a government agency.....
The identity document photocopy must clearly show the facial features of the applicant and biographical information.
I am confused with the verbiage. Do I need to send photocopy of my husband's passport or driver's license? In that case it won't have my picture..
any guidance/suggestion is appreciated.
