I filed my I485 in July 2007 and have the EAD. Given that the AOS has been pending over 18 months, wanted to understand what it means in using AC21.
1) has anyone joined a startup (as an employee) in the early stages using AC21?
2) what does a RFE look like? Does it ask if the applicant is working in the same role / job category *and* ask for the new paystubs, etc. Can someone paste a RFE ask?
3) Has anyone managed to get a job after the RFE request came-in but before replying?
4) Is any of you working in a consulting company using AC21 - meaning there might be 'lull' periods in between projects.
