AP renewal ?

Hi all, My I-485 is pending and my H1B extension is valid till 2011. Last year I entered US on AP but I continue to work using my H1-B. My AP is expiring soon and want to know what should I answer to Question 3 "Class of Admission?" on the I-131 form. Previously I answered this as "H1B" but because last year I used AP to enter US what should I put in here.

Also, should both applications (my wife's and mine) be mailed in the same envelopes or should we mail the two applications in two separate envelopes.
