Hi, I'm a newbie on the site, but need some help/advice about my renewal EAD. I sent away for my renewal card in March 09 and after receiving various demands for additional paperwork, I was asked to pay the $340 fee, even though I had applied for my I-485 after July 30th 07. Since then i have, out of the blue, received my Permanent Resident Card, in effect making the EAD redundant. However I am still yet to receive the renewed EAD and obviously no longer need it, so I was wondering if anybody had any advice on how to go about getting that money back?? Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated, I really need that money back!
