Hi,
I have a few questions ;
Currently I have an AP and also a three year H1B extn since I got the I-140 approved. My wife travelled to India last year on H1 even though we had AP and got her visa stamped until 2011.
1) Will it be an issue at the POE since she has a three year H4 visa but shall be returning on AP.
2) Also if we return on AP do I have to let my employer know that from that time onwards I will be using EAD.
3) what is the process to return to my H1B status because I do not want to abandon it in case there are any issues getting the I-485 approval.
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
