I am an F-1 student whose EAD expired July 2008. I haven’t worked since then but I need to work again.
1. Can I apply for renewal or is it considered an entirely new application?
2. What are these Biometrics taken for?
3. If I can’t afford the fee and I apply for a fee waiver but there is not really a sensible reason for that and my application got rejected, can I pay the fee later on and my file get reviewed again?
I will appreciate any help!
