questions on filling the i-131 form

Hello..,

can anyone help me in filling the i-131 form.
we are doing the AP renewal which was expired in oct 2008 and have some questions on filling the form:
1.should the A# be printed with the old advance parole A#?
2.after Part 3, there is a line saying"If you are applying for an Advance Parole Document,skip to Part 7".....will i need to skip Part4,5,6 and fill Part 7...or should i fill part 4,5 and 6 also since am renewing..

Please let me know as am trying to fill out the application....
