Hello,
Here's my current situation:
I have been working for the same company for almost 6 yrs now. The company sponsored my GC, and I currently have my EAD and AP.
My wife has her EAD and AP as my dependent. The priority date is Sept 2004.
I will be studying in Spain from September 2009 to December 2010.
Is there any way I can continue my GC processing?
What can I do to have the option to come back into the US if I want to?
Can I keep renewing my AP and EAD if a consultant decides to put me on payroll?
Any info will be appreciated.
