Hi All,
I have a pending adjustment of status (485) and an approved EAD and AP based on my husband's GC application. Currently I am working on EAD and am planning to visit India in few months time. (Earlier I was on F1 and OPT and then switched to EAD once I got one). I have few questions on traveling outside US on AP.
1. I have heard a lot of rumors on denied entry on AP at POE. Are these rumors true? Would there be any problem for me even if I have all my documents? and even if my track history is good?
2. Also, it would be helpful if someone can post their experiences if any such thing is happened with them (coz I haven't heard any such news directly.)
