applying renewal of EAD from India....

We have EAD and Advance parole...Got to renew it in december 2009
meanwhile personal reasons have forced us to stay back in india ( came to india 2 months back)
Please help me regarding the renewal of EAD and advance parole before 2009 december from India...I am yet to talk to the lawyer who intially did work on these.. but in the mean while .. please walk me thrrough the procedure

If you already have a good job offer in India, dont waste $1200 + lawyer fees on renewing EAD and AP. There's hardly any scope for jobs in the US. For work purposes, the company you work for will send you to the US on a business visa.
