Education during EAD/AP

Hi,

I have approved EAD for me and my wife. EB2 application is pending as priority date is Dec 2006. Meanwhile I am planning to do fulltime MBA for 1 year within USA.

If my company permits to give me 1 year sabbatical would my application process be impacted? What happens if the 485 application is processed while I am not working?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks.. but what do you mean by "Future verfication"? Do they have to give anything to USCIS?

Only when requested. Your company should still have an offer out for you for the proferred position upon GC approval at all times.
