AP application still pending while spouse's application approved

Hi,

My wife received her AP approved document in 2 weeks of time after filing. We filed together on Aug 15th.
My case status is showing "received and pending". Is this normal. Its more than a month since we filed. Also processing time at TSC is showing May-2009. So I cannot even call USCIS to find out about it. I believe I cannot call them until its 30 days past my receipt date. At the same time I don't expect the processing date to move any faster or further.

Any suggestions ?

Very normal. They have 90 days to process.
