need advice on AP

One more question i have.
I am planning to travel back on AP which is going to expire on oct5 ,so i am
planning to have renter US using AP.i heard that no one ask much questions at POE if u use AP unlike h1b.

is this true?also i would like to know can they ask me if use AP which is going to expire soon,can they ask me any questions on that

As long as AP is valid, you will be fine. They will ask about the GC sponsor and your work in most cases. Carry 485 and EAD.
