Hi guys, my fren badly need your help. He came to US 9 yrs ago and got EAD recently but unfortunately his daughter is in India from the past 9 years (he had very little jobs so could n't keep her even though his wife and son are here)She attended visa last year but was denied (didn't reject it) but was asked to attend the visa along with her parents. His H1B was denied but is on AP, so can she attend visa now with AP or any parent has to goto India and get visa stamped for her. Please please help with your advices
