EAD with future dated I-94

Hi

I am currently on L2 and planning to apply for EAD. My current petition is expiring next month end and I have extended petition and I-94 with me.My question is can I apply for EAD using I-94 which will be valid only after next month end.

You have to send them proof that you have extended L2 status. Yes, you can apply now.
